About the company:

Over 5 years ago a couple of previous business owners reunited to create a new division of the group alongside the housebuilding arm which now has a £10m turnover.  This part of the group would which would undertake contract build works for housing associations and developers and individuals who would both appreciate and require a build service that went far beyond the normal building contractor service. They have rapidly grown to become a key player in the industry

Our client focuses on developments in carefully selected locations throughout the Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire areas. The company’s main aim over the next ten years is to substantially increase its output whilst maintaining their excellent reputation. They have an ambitious mind-set and are confident that there aims can be achieved in this period. In working closely with their partners, consultants, contractors and suppliers our client firmly believes that they currently, and will continue to, produce a product and customer experience that is second to none.

The company is a stable and well-funded group whose housebuilding division is a well-established company constructing aspirational but achievable market leading homes. These strengths feed into the new division, allowing them to pass on the benefits to their clients. One is cost, group buying discounts obtained from the housebuilding side can be passed on to clients in the form of competitive tenders. Another is quality of product and people.
