About the role:

Our client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in a lead capacity, providing surveying expertise on JCT contracts across a range of sectors on behalf of a spectrum of Blue chip clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to further enhance and progress your career with a well-established Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy that will provide work on a high quality portfolio of projects.
You will be involved in a range of pre and post contract surveying duties, including budget estimating, preparation of tender documents, reporting on tenders, assembly of contract documentation, cost reporting, interim valuations, and agreement of final accounts.

About the requirements:

The ideal candidate will be Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS or CIOB accredited), ideally with 6 years post graduate industry related experience and proven track record in managing projects and acting in a client-facing capacity. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work.
