This particular region of the business is currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team based in Maidstone. The particular development consists of a range collection traditional 2 & 3 bedroom cottages and 4 & 5 bedroom family homes.

Based at the on-site Sales Suite, you will help to ensure every visitor and customer is given the very best customer service proving an exceptional customer service.

 

About the role:

Being a Sales Advisor for one of the U.K’s leading house builders, customer experience will be at the forefront of your mind. Ensuring you are in line with company values you will be helping to guide buyers through possibly the biggest purchase of their life and therefore a solid understanding of the sales process and ensuring customers are kept updated throughout their journey is essential.

Alongside this you will also be undergoing regular competitor analysis and market research to ensure you and the company remain at the very top of the residential market.

Carrying out daily reservations and working towards set sales targets, you will use the company values and your own sales ability to maximise sales.  You will ensure any details passed on to customers are correct, including pricing, timelines and bespoke options are correct at all times.

Tailored made uniforms will be provided in order to maintain the high standards ingrained throughout the business. Likewise you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of the show home complex and stock units and marketing suite is maintained.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

  • Up to £29,000 basic salary
  • £10,000 – £15,000 OTE additional earnings

 

About the requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years new homes sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Articulate and takes pride in representing a high quality brand
  • Driven to achieve results for you and for the company
  • Able to motivate yourself and peers in the team
  • Personable
  • Positive outlook and strong work ethic
  • Customer service focused.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • CRM database experience such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, COINS, etc.

This role involves weekend work and you must have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
