The Role

Our client is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to work a £25m planned works external contract in Fulham. You need to have the ambition, drive and experience to be a part of their growing team. Duties will include but not be limited to:

·To liaise with surveyors, clients, sub-contractors and operatives to ensure works are carried out to specification.

·To ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via visits or letter.

·To be responsible for carrying out surveys and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved.

·To maintain good relationships with residents and a high level of client satisfaction and customer care and ensure a smooth uninterrupted work flow with minimal disruption to the tenant.

·To maintain records and to be a key point of contact throughout the works including attending all necessary meetings.

·Ensure documentation is collated and stored in line with company policies.

·Carry out any reasonable request of a similar nature as directed by Senior Management.

·Previous RLO experience essential.

·Excellent dispute resolution skills.

·Personable and friendly nature.

The Suitable candidate will have extensive experience in a Resident Liaison Offer role or similar. You must be PC Literate and ideally have knowledge of Microsoft packages. Suitable candidates are likely to have worked with a social housing contractor.
