About the Company:

Our client is a privately owned fit-out and refurbishment company who have a turnover of £53M, they have been on the Interiors market for the past 11 years. They specialise in fit-out and refurbishment to a number of different sectors including Residential, Retail, Healthcare, travel and Hospitality. Some of the projects they have completed include a £400,000 refurbishment to Croydon College, £90,000 fit-out of a ‘chill out’ room in St Thomas Hospital and a fit-out of a nine storey office block in Holborn. Our client was ranked 7th in the top 10 fit-out contractors 2005-2010.


About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will be reporting into the Construction Director. You will be capable of managing a project with values ranging up to £15 -20m. The projects will be in and around the London area covering various industry sectors.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the industry leaders providing fantastic career opportunities.   • Building strong relations with client and project team
  • Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost and to the highest possible standards
  • Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs
  • Liaison with construction and commercial teams
  • Design control and co-ordination
  • Manage all aspects of build process
  • Oversee and Co-ordinate sub-contractors

Experience of leading Design 7 Build fit-out and refurbishment projects is essential. Candidates will already have project management experience with a leading contractor. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress their career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player.  A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer.
