Project Manager – Cut & Carve, Retained Façade

Our client was formed 10 years ago by a group of highly experienced construction leaders with backgrounds in private and public sector new build and refurbishment contracts. Working on complex central London buildings varying covering mansion houses, commercial office space, prime residential and hotels, their enviable track record is based on expertise, experience and responsive environment.  The Role

High end residential represents a core market for our client, and recent successful contracts have led to our client winning a number of high end residential refurbishment and new build projects. Therefore they are looking for 3 x projects managers to manager projects in Central London with values £10-20m, that comprise of basement digs, retained facades, structural alterations, leisure facilities, listed buildings and fine materials.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be in the region of £65,000 – £85,000. In addition to this you will receive a generous benefits package including Travel Allowance, Pension and Bonus opportunities. Suitable candidates will have a background in Project Management within the high end residential sector. You will be experienced in working on projects in excess of £10million. The ideal individual will be highly motivated, idea-driven and capable of exceeding expectations. Lateral thinking and highly developed problem-solving abilities should be coupled with a very strong academic or a trade background with a track record of managing projects.
