Salary – £55,000 – £65,000 + package (dependant on experience)

About the Company:

Based in the Midlands, however working throughout the South East, Midlands and South West, our privately owned client who has been established for over 20 years is a primary name in the design and implementation of ground/water remediation solutions for land regeneration. Due to their expertise, they have the ability to act as a main contractor and as a subcontractor where they are subcontracted by various blue chip companies and major housing developers to perform remediation services on their behalf.

About the role:

Based upon current and anticipated workload, our client is recruiting permanently for a Project Manager. As a Remediation Project Manager will join the company’s existing management team, reporting directly to contracts manager and will be responsible for the onsite management of a project, ensuring it is managed within time and budget. As a Remediation Project Manager you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contact and its duration and you will have a clear understanding of the client and project expectations and requirement.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must hold at least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager working on contracts worth at least £1M and you must have strong working knowledge and experience within the contaminated land, groundworks or earthworks sector. Additionally, the successful individual will be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management.

About the salary / rewards:

For this permanent position, the salary has been left negotiable as it will be defined upon experience and suitability however individuals can expect to target a salary between £55,000 – £65,000. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered; travel allowance OR company vehicle in addition to standard benefits associated with a large successful company (pension, health care, laptop, phone etc.).
