This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional to join the London Advisory team as a Programme Planner. The role will play a key part in provision of a premises PMO function, in addition to supporting the health sector and change management teams.

  • Day-to-day management of a premises technical assurance role (i.e. due diligence review, acceptance and post approval (i.e. delivery) assurance)
  • Monitoring progress against programme
  • Review low value/complexity scheme for compliance with appropriate regulations
  • Management of external consultants and other parts of the business as required
  • To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and be the first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Provision of guidance and advice to stakeholders, regarding project delivery (including business case development)
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Management of the monthly approval process
  • Client progress reporting as required
  • Programme administration and the production of programme documentation



  • Experience of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment within the health and social care sector
  • Working knowledge of the NHS (GMS) Premises Directions 2013 and primary care would be beneficial.
  • Experience of successfully engaging a range of stakeholders, including senior management with the drafting and preparation of business cases (including the five case model).
  • Working knowledge of Programme/Project Management, e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Prince2 and agile project management tools and methodologies.
  • Professional accreditation (i.e. from APM, RICS, CIOB etc.) is desirable.
  • Computer literate, able to quickly and efficiently use a wide range of common Office software including Word, Excel, Project and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of Primavera and Asta Powerproject
