About the Role: Our client are currently looking for a Junior / Assistant Planner to support the senior members of their London team. The business hope to find a suitable candidate who can fit in with their team, learn the businesses procedures and processes and develop into a fully-fledged planner. The role will involve managing the planning process across a range of projects including commercial and residential projects throughout London, with operation running out of the company’s Central London office. The ideal candidate will have some experience of working within top tier Main Contactors, with a good level of technical construction knowledge. They will be reporting into the Senior Planner and Planning Manager.


About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependant on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £25,000 to £35,000. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.


Requirements: Candidates should have some experience of planning construction projects from within a Main Contractor environment. The candidate who is successful must have an eye for long term employment in this next role, having not changed jobs too many time in the past. The candidate must have a good knowledge of a range of planning programs and processes.
