London – Projects throughout the City

£60,000 – £80,000 (dependant on experience) + car allowance + travel expenses + Pension + private health care + 25 days leave per year.

About the Company:

Our privately owned client who is based in Central London is a leading name within the demolition and civil engineering industry with a group annual turnover in excess of £50M, with exciting plans in place for growth. Their services include asbestos removal, temporary works, demolition, remediation, earthworks and groundwork’s and current package values range in value from £2M to £10M. This client has an excellent staff retention level which has been gained by constantly focusing on improving standards. About the position:

Based upon current and anticipated workload, our client is recruiting permanently for a Project Manager who has a proven track record of successful delivery of projects up to the value of £5M. As a Demolition Project Manager will join the company’s existing management team, reporting directly to contracts manager and will be responsible for the onsite management of a project in the City, ensuring it is managed within time and budget. As a demolition project manager you will have a clear understanding of the value of the contact, its duration, project expectations and requirements. The successful individual must have experience of:

·High Rise Demolition works

·Temporary Works

·Façade Retention

·Interface with Network Rail and LUL

Tickets and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally have a degree / HNC or equivalent in a construction related discipline. Additionally, individuals must hold an SMSTS, first aid Certificate (4 day), asbestos awareness certificate and have experience in temporary works.

About the rewards / benefits:

For this position we are targeting candidates looking to earn anywhere between £60,000 – £80,000 per annum, however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered including a car allowance and travel expenses in addition to private health care, enrolment on their pension scheme and 25 days holidays.
