About the Role:

Due to a recent increase in the workload and further projects looking likely there is a need for an experienced Contracts Manager to run high profile projects throughout Norfolk and Suffolk & Essex. The position will involve working on a broad range of duties including both Pre and Post Contracts works, for retail, commercial, healthcare, education, defence, heritage and leisure projects. Appointed to act as the main point of contact for all project information you will be based on major projects as part of a team taking projects from pre-tender bid through to delivery on site and project conclusion.  This role would suit somebody with the desire to achieve results by hard work and who wish to participate in the future of one of the most progressive organizations Our client will consider applicants who aspire to this level on individual merit and demonstrated success. About the benefits and reward:

The base package is circa £55,000 – £75,000 and the company main ambition is to bring an individual into the organisation with the ability to grow and become a valued member of the team. There will also be a generous benefits package in addition the basic salary which will include Car, Health and Pension. The company encourages promotion for candidates that are enthusiastic and competent.



The Suitable candidate will have experience in contracts management across multiple sectors managing projects valued £1-7m. You must be PC Literate and ideally have knowledge of Microsoft Project. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a Contracts Management role. It would also be desirable if you live within Norfolk/Suffolk boarders. You must be able to work under pressure, work well in a team.
