About the Role: About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join the Business Development Department, specifically tasked with working winning across the main contracting sector within London and the South East. Projects typically cover education, healthcare and residential.  This is an excellent opportunity for those with the desire to achieve results by hard work and who wish to participate in the future of a progressive organisation.  Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Compilation of PQQ Documents.
  • Compilation of Tenders, producing and editing proposal content
  • Write technical responses covering all aspects of Civil Engineering
  • As jobs come in segregate them and assign the different sections to the relevant discipline (eg H&S, Quality etc.)
  • Manage portal uploads
  • Completion of capability statements/expression of interest documents.
  • Site visits
  • Review, track and respond to OJEU Notices.
  • Compilation of presentations.
  • Sit in tender review meetings and action as appropriate.
  • Compilation of Supplier Questionnaire Documents
  • Lead Internal updates for Pre- Qualifications, Tenders and Leads.
  • Project Profiles & Client satisfaction surveys.
  • Understand the key objectives of the client and the aims of the client organisation.
  • Act with integrity bringing the bid and the client together for a successful award.

About the Benefits/Rewards:

The base package is circa £70,000 – £75,000 and the company’s main ambition is to bring an individual into the organisation with the ability to grow and become a valued member of the team.
