£25,000 – £35,000 + benefits (negotiable depending on experience)

About the role:

 

The Bid co-ordinator will be responsible for collating multi-discipline bids, proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submission in collaboration with the Pre-Contracts Team:

 

  • Cooperating with colleagues on multi-discipline bids, proposals, pre-qualifications and tender submissions in bidding for new business
  • Collating information on current capabilities to meet customer’s needs
  • Provide copy and creative content for Bid Submissions
  • Compile and contribute to bid submissions, Tender documents, pre-qualification questionnaires, presentations, interviews, invitations
  • Maintaining awareness of competitor activity and key suppliers
  • Developing response templates and generic bid materials including copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Helping to co-author and standardise CVs and case studies across the business
  • Assistance in analysing past tender performance including wins and losses
  • Assign prospect numbers to new tenders, collate tender documents and save on server, produce hanging folders
  • Use, edit and reference the CRM system and update on receipt of tender.

Requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Competent user of InDesign and Photoshop
  • Good written skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
