About the Role:

Having recently moved to brand new, self-developed offices which boast a Google type working environment, my client is looking to grow their commercial team. Due to their strong expansion plans for the upcoming 5 years, they are looking to employ a number of capable and like-minded individuals to their company workforce of already 100 members. Their portfolio is developing and the type of projects they carry out will be evolving but some of my client’s current projects include: 15no. elegant houses of 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms, the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed landmark into luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and a development of high specification studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.


Candidate Requirements:

  • You will ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Day Release candidates would be accepted if one of the aforementioned degrees is in process.
  • You must have a proactive and driven attitude towards alongside being articulate and passionate about a career in Surveying.
