About the Company:

Our client has over 40 years’ experience in private and public sector new build and refurbishment contracts. They have operations in Ireland and London, working on buildings varying from schools and educational facilities to tower blocks, churches to sports halls, their enviable track record is based on expertise, experience and responsive environment. Staff progression and development is important to the company. The company has recently won multiple contracts recently and is now looking to recruit experienced Project Managers. This company has a very close, friendly atmosphere with the sense of a family company.


The Role

This role will provide the individual to benefit from day to day hands-on guidance and support balanced with a comfortable level of autonomy to enable the individual to develop professionally to a more senior level within a year or two. You will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout construction. You will be responsible for Assisting the Senior Site Manager on new build and refurbishment projects between £1m and £10m within the private, commercial and local authority sectors. Initial projects include multi story a design and build residential contract.


Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be in the region of £25,000 – £35,000.



Suitable candidates will have a background in construction, and will be in the early stages of their career in site management and seeking an opportunity to receive training and guidance to benefit a more structures approach to their career.  Candidate’s will either come from a trade or a Construction Management degree and be qualified to SMSTS and First Aid a Work level.
