About the role:

  • To work with the technical team to ensure that all information is available to the Construction and other departments to suit the project program for all sites/projects.
  • Support the team with general administrative roles to accurately record project status.
  • Recognise problems and deal with them in a speedy and effective manner
  • Complete application forms and obtain the service schemes on the basis of a coordinated approach.
  • To request necessary diversions schemes, arrange payment process and coordinate with the Utility & Civils contractors in consideration to budget and program
  • To liaise with sales / construction to understand their needs for temporary build supplies
  • Appoint suppliers, ensure rebates are received promptly and ensure MPAN’ s are attained early to facilitate call of by construction.
  • Keep the Services sheet updated on a weekly basis, filing is reduced to a minimum and information is scanned, saved and named correctly to the correct location on the system and hard files.
  • Assist others within the team to understand the services delivery process.
  • Coordinate prestart meetings with Utility companies and Construction team to facilitate the build program to include start dates, completion time and sign off.
  • Assist with Adoptable works progress, monitoring and completion where required
  • Develop standalone services solutions for Show areas and compounds where applicable to allow early site starts
  • Complete all such requested schedules, reports and documentation to assist the Manager, monitor and convey details of the works


About the requirements:

  • Previous experience working with a Housebuilder in a similar role is advantageous
  • A perceptive individual who, through a natural diplomacy, can influence people in a changing environment.
  • A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organized and can operate independently under a broad direction.
  • A team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.
  • A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to ‘get the job done’.
  • Residential experience either with a Main Contractor or Residential Developer
  • Degree Qualification or equivalent

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector. In this instance the offer depends on experience of the individual. The benefits package will include the basic salary followed by:
