Our client is a RICS regulated boutique Project Management Consultancy, based in London with a blue chip global client base including Developers, Investors and Occupiers, covering the

Retail Logistics, Manufacturing and Corporate Offices sectors.

Established 6 years ago by Construction Consultancy professionals, our client’s services include Project Management, Project Monitoring and Programme Management for the delivery of New Build projects and fit outs.

The company’s Managing Director is committed to assisting all members of staff to become MRICS accredited Chartered Project Management Surveyors. They genuinely invest time and money in supporting this process including having a person specific external mentor programme up to qualification.

About the role:

Our client is enjoying steady growth and, as such, is looking to hire an assistant level Project Manager to assistant the senior members in delivering new build, refurb and fit out projects for their blue chip global client base including Developers, Investors and Occupiers, covering the Retail Logistics, Manufacturing and Corporate Offices sectors.

 

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the candidates’ level of experience and sector knowledge however you can expect a salary ranging between £35,000 and £45,000.
