About the Role:

My client is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our rapidly expanding Strategic Land team to assist with the acquiring of new sites primarily with an unconditional focus in line with the company’s set criteria. The main focus of the role will be to obtain new business through various avenues, liaise directly with vendors and appraise sites to stage one of our process. You will specifically responsible for:

  • Come up with innovative ways to approach and contact vendors for both pending and rejected planning applications on Council Planning Portals
  • Liaise with owners identified from Land Registry Plans
  • Be the first point of contact in the acquiring process up until negotiation stage
  • Build a network of contacts with agents, surveyors, architects and planning consultants


Candidate Requirements:

  • You should be passionate about the Property and Construction industries, keeping up to date with current market trends and have aspirations to advance in this field.
  • Preferably of graduate calibre however not compulsory but must have excellent written, mathematical and communicative skills.
  • You should be comfortable working on your own initiative or as a part of a team that’s dedicated to securing new and exciting development opportunities.
  • Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car.
