Our client is a small to medium-sized business that creates unique new residential and mixed-use developments across London and the South East. With an impressive and fast-growing portfolio of completed, high-quality homes, they are building a reputation for regenerating redundant sites and transforming them into distinctive and vibrant apartments and houses. Their traditional build developments range from new builds to refurbishment and conversion projects of listed buildings.

Due to successful growth, they have recently moved to their brand new office location in Buckinghamshire. This was a project which they completed themselves and involved the conversion and refurbishment of a grade listed building. The new office is a unique and refreshing space that allows for employees to enjoy and thrive in their working environment.


About the Role:

In this role, you would hold primary responsibility for the coordination of the technical and design aspects of a wide range of projects. Reporting to the Technical manager, as well as liaising with the Design Manager and Director, you will hold a significant role within the company with further opportunities to progress in the business.

Having a holistic, logical and detailed understanding of each project will be important in ensuring the smooth running and development of each individual project. Being proactive, observant and having the ability to communicate with a variety of clients, colleagues and contractors will allow you to not only manage issues but also prevent unnecessary issues from occurring.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant / Technical coordinator to join an established Residential Developer with lots of opportunity for progression.

  • Residential experience either with a Main Contractor or Residential Developer
  • Degree Qualification or equivalent
