My client works mainly across residential and commercial projects up to £40m in new build, structural alterations and fit out projects. My Client prides themselves on the quality of work they do this is shown by the list of private clients that they have done repeat business with. The founder and board of directors are all experts in the industry having come together to start the company in 2005 and they have continued to grow ever since. With them having a strong input to all live projects this gives the company a very tight knit family feel.

About the role:

My client is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their tem and assistant the Office Manager with the day to day running and administration of the Head office. The successful candidate will be required to provide full administrative support to 8build Staff.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·Binding and collating reports for professional presentations/tenders/meetings

·Answer all incoming calls

·Organising couriers

·Ordering Stationary

·Data input to 8Builds CRM system

·Diary Management

·Other administration duties as required
