About the Role

Our client are seeking a Project Manager who has strong exposure within the Residential Mixed Use and Commercial development sector on projects up to £200m. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a market leading consultancy who will provide work on a high quality portfolio of developments and working with highly skilled chartered professionals around you.



You will support the Director in delivering business plan objectives, positively engaging with clients and building relationships. Managing both staff and projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables. Managing fees and resources and recruiting and managing high quality staff with a focus on retention. You will develop, grow and maintain customer relationships. Also preparing and presenting bids and other external documents. You will assist with financial management for services and projects, planning and managing assignments.



Candidate Requirements

  • Degree educated and qualified with MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or be a registered Project Professional
  • CSCS Card
  • Ideally at least 5 years industry related experience in a Project Management role
  • Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
