Ilaria joins us after several years in the residential and commercial property world. She decided she needed a change but wanted to remain in a sales/consultancy-type role, and recruitment fit the criteria!
She is excited to broaden her knowledge and learn new skills in the construction industry – in particular, the consultancy sector. Ilaria is on our Cityscape Consult team and will focus on opportunities in this area.

Outside of work, Ilaria enjoys going out for dinner with a cheeky glass of wine, going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.

Bex has been working in recruitment for the past year after spending 5+ years in a sales-based role. During that time, he worked across multiple sectors, such as the trading industry, FMCG and the construction industry.

He decided to change career paths and move from trading to recruitment and he hasn’t looked back since. He enjoys working in the sector and plans to build a steady career and platform for myself over the coming years.

Bex has joined our Civil Engineering desk and will be working on opportunities predominately in the RC Frames and Groundworks sector.

Outside work, he likes to socialise with friends and watch and partake in sports such as MMA, boxing and football.
