Congratulations to Lewis Timberlake on his 5th year at Cityscape Recruitment!

It feels like Lewis has been with us for over 5 years as he has become such an instrumental part of the business. Lewis joined Cityscape with no previous recruitment experience. He took on the challenge of the Specialist Contractors Division despite it being one of the least mature areas of the business. Since then, Lewis has grown the division into a three-person team covering a broad client base, which includes many of the industry’s most notable companies.

He has steadily progressed in his role from Recruitment Consultant-in Training through to Senior Consultant and now to Divisional Manager, and has shown consistent progress year on year. His success can be attributed not just to his hard work and dedication to the job but primarily to his consistency. Lewis doesn’t go through ‘waves’ or ‘flurry’s’. Instead, he turns up every day with the same positive mindset and the same consistent output. Something that is very difficult to achieve.

Lewis is a highly valued member of the team. It’s been a great pleasure to witness him grow, both professionally and within his personal life achievements. He will be one of the team members that will be actively involved in the business’s growth through further development over the coming years. Cityscape will be all the better for having him as part of our awesome team.
