Helping to enhance careers

Congratulations to Dan and Becs for both achieving four-year milestones at Cityscape Recruitment

Daniel joined us four years ago looking to make his mark on the recruitment sector. Since then he has given 100% to develop his reputation as a quality-focused recruiter who gets the right results for both his construction professionals and clients. His thirst for knowledge within his sector is admirable – he has truly become a sector specialist within the utilities, rail and infrastructure markets. He has recently won back to back employee of the month awards (read about his achievements here: February, March), as well as receiving incredibly positive feedback online via a Google Review. These are just a few successes to highlight how Dan has gone from strength to strength. We are excited to see what he will achieve before we reach his fifth anniversary.

Outside of work, Dan is a member of our football team. If he’s not playing himself, he’ll be standing on the sideline hurling constructive feedback at those not giving it their all. And when off the pitch, Dan is a culinary connoisseur and is well known in our office for his Gordon Ramsey style reviews of local food enterprises.

When Becs originally sent her CV to us back in 2016 we didn’t have a specific job for her. However, her experience was so good and she presented herself so well that we thought we’d take a risk and create a job for her. Well, the risk paid off. Whilst the formation of her job is still happening to this day, she has positioned herself as if she has already been working here for years and has become a pivotal figure across all areas of the business. Over the years, Becs has become all things Cityscape. She makes sure our brand is on point at all times and she maintains the businesses operations so that we are always working in line with our key business principles, all whilst wearing many other hats. Over the last year alone, where adaptability and flexibility have been key, Becs has been an enormous support for the whole business and has been instrumental in helping us work throughout the difficult 12 months very confidently.

Having reached Becs’ 4th anniversary, it’s a good time to step back and reflect/celebrate the role that she has played within the business. With a very positive period ahead for us, where we will hopefully be enjoying continued growth across the business, and without a doubt, Becs will be at the forefront of this forward momentum adding value in the very proficient manner that only she can.

Congratulations Dan and Becs – well done on your excellent 4 years! Here’s to many more years to come…
