Helping to enhance careers

2019 Charity Golf Day

Here at Cityscape Recruitment, we have two named charities who we support throughout the year, Marine Conservation Society and bibic, however, a few of our consultants do voluntary charity work and we are firm believers of supporting our consultants and their chosen charities where we can.

Joel Rowbotham, one of our RC Frame and Groundwork specialist consultants, co-organises a charity golf day every year with his school friend, Jamie Tomkins, in aid of raising money for two charities which are both very close to their hearts, Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Hospice of St. Francis.

The Peter Spivey charity golf day is now in its 7th year and last Thursday, 25 July 2019 which was the hottest day in the UK ever recorded, a team from Cityscape Recruitment enjoyed an amazing, hot, fun-filled day on the Welwyn Garden City Golf Course. Not to mention, a big well done to our Associate Director, Jon O’Leary who won the longest drive competition and scoring an eagle two on the par-four, first hole.  Although the grand total has not yet been confirmed, the day was a huge success with raising over £7,000 so far.
