About the Company

Our client is part of a well-established construction group with a recent turnover of £20 Million. This particular arm of the group specialise in structural and Architectural steelwork and work on projects ranging in value from £100K to £2.5 Million. With the offices based in Chigwell and Uxbridge and their own fully equipped 35,000 Sq ft Factory located in county Durham, they are ideally situated to work throughout the whole of England but predominantly work in London, Home Counties and the South of England.

About the Role

This role is for the Structural and Architectural Steelwork arm of the company which is the newest arm of the business, where our client is looking to expand and grow this side of the business with a vison to become a market leader within the Industry.

In order to achieve this, they have asked me to recruit an experienced Tekla Draughtsman specialising in Structural and Architectural Steelwork to work in the design team. The successful candidate must have complete sector experience of structural steelwork and comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of Steelwork.

Requirements

Just like every business this contractor does look for a certain type of person. You’ll need proven 3 -5 years (minimum) experience working as an estimator working for a rival steelwork Contractor.

You’ll need to be a team player that can plan, control and execute works to complete projects on time, meeting their client’s expectations. So, all in all, you need to be a specialist that is confident, capable and committed. Sound like you?
