They have a residential division focusing on the Design and Build of mixed-use developments within London and the M25. These range in value from £10m to more than £100m, and involve low to medium size RC frame structures.

Staff have a vast amount of knowledge, experience and expertise in all fields associated with general building and construction plus design and construct, partnering, two-stage tendering and contract design and development.

About the opportunity:

This is an opportunity for Senior Technical Manager to run a £40million mixed-use RC frame development leading a team of technical and design professionals.

You will be responsible for managing the design process for traditional design and build contracts acting as the primary contact for the design teams, client and production teams. The role involves liaising with Local Authorities; Building Control and Planning Departments; managing compliance checks against specifications and client requirements; coordinating the design information supplied to the construction division and managing design output to agreed programmes.

Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £90,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

This is a key position for the business. Professionals must have Residential Development experience with either a Residential Developer or Main Contractor on mixed-use RC frame developments.

Professionals must have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD; NHBC and Building Regulations, Building Services, CSH, and BREEAM and have good team leadership and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work as part of a team within a dynamic business.
