About the role:

Reporting to the Technical Director, the role of Technical Manager would be required to manage the design for two to three live projects within the region of operation, fitting into an established team, bringing with them an ethos to deliver. 

The Role includes the responsibility to ensure timely issue and distribution of a drawing package to enable full and comprehensive tender process, for a start on site with the right information and clearance of any statutory body’s conditions for development

About the requirements:

  • Construction/design related further education
  • Construction/design related HNC/HND/Degree
  • Relevant CSCS card
  • New build experience in private spec housing is essential
  • Applicants will need to demonstrate an excellent base level of technical knowledge
  • A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to ‘get the job done’

In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries might be set below the market level, and subject to performance, increased as the employee gains experience over time. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic salary plus package.
