About the opportunity:

This developer has always been committed to having offices and regions based on patch to developments due to the success this has.

They are looking for a Technical Manager to manage the technical design process of a project through planning to practical completion; to manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure including services and landscaping and to act as the client focal point and construction coordinator during the construction phases of the project.

This opportunity is within the Partnerships division and is to work on a Redevelopment scheme in East London comprising 433 RC frame units. The project also includes commercial units and an office block and professionals will be site based circa 3x per week.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

You must be degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar. We are considering professionals with Residential Development experience working directly for a Housebuilder or Contractor. It’s a bonus if you have Civils and Infrastructure experience as there is a lot of drainage, infrastructure works and divergences as part of the above scheme.
