About the role:

You will ensure all technical information is produced, checked and distributed on programme to the correct quality and within budget, enabling effective sub-contract procurement and build programme’s to be met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detail and design; possess the ability to work as part of a team, work to tight deadlines, with the desire to succeed within a well-established and reputable property development company.

This opportunity would be great for a highly motivated and driven Technical Co-Coordinator looking to acquire the next step in their career or an experienced Technical Manager looking for a new challenge. My client is an independent company that takes great pride in our designs, building an array of bespoke properties.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector. In this instance they are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic plus package.
