About the opportunity:

As a Technical Manager you will be working in conjunction with senior management, colleagues and the Technical Director, to manage, organise and instruct the Technical function utilising external consultants.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus package. About the requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar, ideally, you will have 3-5 years residential development experience with either a Residential Housebuilder or Contractor. You will have in depth knowledge of CAD, experience of running projects to tight deadlines, an accurate eye for detail and be practical and methodical with good analytical skills.
