This opportunity is to join one the leading North Midlands region with multiple developments of high-rise RC frame developments and low-rise traditional build schemes across the North Midlands.

About the role:


The preparation and delivery of production information, on allocated projects, to support the land/estimating/surveying/buying/construction and sales functions of the business. You will need to demonstrate you are passionate about achieving high standards of construction quality.

 In addition, you may have responsibility for the day-to-day management of allocated junior staff within the technical department.


About the requirements:


  • A degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or something related
  • Residential Housebuilding experience with either a contractor or developer
  • Traditional build housing experience and/or RC frame experience
  • A proactive, self-motivated and consciousness individual with a stable career history
  • A perceptive individual who, through a natural diplomacy, can influence people in a changing environment.
  • A clear-thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organized and can operate independently under a broad direction.
  • A team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.
  • A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to ‘get the job done’


About the benefits and rewards:


In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries might be set below the market level, and subject to performance, increased as the employee gains experience over time. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £70,000 basic salary plus package.
