About the company:

This is an opportunity to work for an Architectural Practice whose clients include the likes of Taylor Wimpey; Fairview Homes; Linden Homes; Countryside Properties and many others. The practice offers a wealth of experience from a variety of Architectural backgrounds with a track record of large and small residential developments. They are a proactive practice combining their expertise in design and construction with tailored programmes, meeting different need of various projects in a creative and cost effective manner

About the role:

As a member of the Architectural Team you will have experience of producing working and detailed drawings ideally with volume housebuilding developments and have knowledge of UK Building Regs. Alternatively we are considering Graduates in Architectural Technology who are looking to kick start their career.

About the requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a similar industry-related qualification including Interior Architecture
  • A proactive, self-motivated and consciousness individual with a stable career history
  • A perceptive individual who, through a natural diplomacy, can influence people in a changing environment.
  • A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organized and can operate independently under a broad direction.
  • A team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries might be set below the market level, and subject to performance, increased as the employee gains experience over time. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £40,000 basic salary plus package.
