This particular opportunity is to join one if it’s regional businesses units which is in fact the London division shortly moving to a brand new office in East London.  With roughly between 15/20 live developments of high rise RC frame developments and low rise traditional build schemes across East London, North Kent, Essex they currently turnover circa 1,000 units per year. About the role:

You will be responsible assisting the Technical Managers with the everyday running of projects along with assisting with approving and rejecting new incoming project drawings, managing users and providing access for consultants and subcontractors, setting up groups to allow for the issuing of documents, running document reports and assisting with office duties

  • A degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or something related
  • A proactive, self-motivated and consciousness individual with a stable career history

In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries might be set below the market level, and subject to performance, increased as the employee gains experience over time. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £20,000 basic salary plus package.
