About the opportunity:

As Technical Coordinator, you will coordinate key information, engineering and working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals and permissions.

This role would suit someone with a strong civils or engineering background.

Salary is up to £50,000 plus a generous benefits package that includes company car or car allowance, 28 days holiday & private healthcare.

About the requirements:

You must have at least 24 months experience working within a technical, design or engineering role at a residential house builder. A proven ability in a Technical Coordinator role of delivering design for projects on time, to budget and quality standards with high customer satisfaction results. BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering and/or several years of relevant experience in a similar role with a residential developer
