About the opportunity:

With roughly 6 live sites at any one time you would be responsible for coordinating and managing the production of working drawings

Working in a smaller working environment of circa 30 employees who collectively have a wealth of experience you are highly likely to be integrated and familiar with staff and necessary departments which can provide a comfort. With its own land, sales, planning & feasibility, commercial, construction, customer care and technical departments this developer can offer you exposure to different areas of the organisation keeping you engaged, which could lead to you finding strengths and abilities that you never knew you had or were interested in.

In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself.  In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £50,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or something similar you ideally will have residential development experience with either an Architectural Practice, Housebuilder or Contractor. This opportunity would suit a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail to ensure all details are gathered, co-ordinated, distributed and delivered by the project deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
