About the role:

This is a fast paced environment where the successful candidate will be responsible for looking after 4-5 schemes at a time taking them from planning consent through design and onto procurement, construction, and sales.

About the requirements:

  • Technical Coordinator with 2-3 years’ experience in the housing sector
  • A good understanding of building techniques, materials, and regulations, along with excellent communication and personnel skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and consciousness individual with a stable career history
  • A perceptive individual who, through a natural diplomacy, can influence people in a changing environment.
  • A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organized and can operate independently under a broad direction.
  • Team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.
  • A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to ‘get the job done’

About the benefits and rewards:

In general salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries might be set below the market level, and subject to performance, increased as the employee gains experience over time. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £35,000 basic salary plus package.
