Having recently been approved as a social housing provider, they are continuously focusing on brownfield sites as well as strategic land generating significant opportunities for private housebuilding, as well as partnerships with housing associations. Due to recently winning another successful contract, their partnership housing order book reached circa £100m.

Going through an exciting period of growth, its business strategy is to double the number of houses it builds by increasing the size of its strategic land bank, including brownfield sites; looking to add value to its land bank by navigating complex sites through the planning system.

About the opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity to ensure tender and construction work packages are comprehensive and fully considered before their timely release and to provide a technical supportive role during the construction phase. Due to successful growth they are looking for a Technical Coordinator to work on 2 schemes in Alperton and Ashford London at different stages of build.

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. In this instance the company are looking to pay up to £50,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar, ideally, you will have residential development experience with either an Architectural Practice, Housebuilder or Contractor. This opportunity would suit a highly organised professional with strong attention to detail to ensure all details are gathered, co-ordinated, distributed and delivered by the project deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
