About the company:

The opportunity is to work for a profitable private family owned small-medium company on luxury bespoke developments between circa £1.5m – £4.5m. With a proven track record for over 20 years  they pride themselves on having an excellent reputation for building high-end signature new homes backed by an industry leading level of client relations and after sales service.

With the benefits of their own in house design they manage the process thoroughly designing homes, submitting planning applications and working closely with clients to develop a cost plan, through building the home and providing a support service post-handover.

The responsibility and project management is then being managed with one organisation which means the buildability of the design can form the basis of the project for day one. Due to the design input throughout the entire process, aesthetics can be in consideration in every decision and as a result should provide a cost effective and more attractive build, a happier client and project team with everyone working closely together!

About the opportunity:

You will be responsible for the coordination and production of architectural design and detailing assisting in delivering the project safely, on time, to the required standards, and within the budget, while maximising client satisfaction. In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £45,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or similar we are considering professionals with recent Technical Coordination experience having come from an Architecturally biased background. You ideally must be capable of working on multiple projects or tasks at any time to suit the business demands and must be technically astute with a problem solving attitude. Furthermore you are expected to have excellent communication skills as a large part of the role will involve coordinating with the Commercial and Construction Management teams.
