About the opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the in-house design team of this family owned business who due to successful growth have just moved to brand new offices. The in-house Architectural and Interior Design Team provides high quality drawings for both planning and building control purposes however they also work collaboratively externally with a number of award winning Architects and Interior Designers to ensure clients dream houses become a reality.

About the benefits and rewards:

In general, salaries will take into consideration a number of factors including market practice, the individuals experience and responsibilities and pay structures within the company itself. Salaries will be set at a mutually agreeable level with set parameters to increase in line with performance. In this instance, the company are looking to pay up to £65,000 basic salary plus package.

About the requirements:

Degree qualified in Architectural Technology ideally you will have good knowledge of AutoCAD, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work on your own initiative and to work within a team and have the ability to manage, create and maintain momentum in projects.
