About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion and a healthy pipeline of work, my client is recruiting permanently for a Technical Coordinator to join the Pre-construction division. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will assist in managing technical functions on a number of complex civil engineering projects throughout Central London. Duties will include:

  • Preparing programmes for proposed works
  • Preparing design briefs for Temporary Works
  • Managing / approving Temporary Works Designs for proposals
  • Preparing Method Statements for submission
  • Managing subcontractors’ packages in relation to tender proposals
  • Organising site visits
  • Attending client meetings

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £45,000 – £50,000 per annum however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes private health care, pension and all travel expenses will be covered.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Civil Engineering and ideally hold a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience. This opportunity will suit a professional who has worked on complex projects in London as an Engineer and is now looking to transfer their technical experience into an office based role.  This position is offering great career progression and the opportunity to work within an award winning pre-construction team.

You must be proficient in using Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel, have excellent planning and organisation skills, be a multi-tasker and be a confident communicator.
