About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion and a healthy pipeline of work, my client is recruiting permanently for a Technical Coordinator to join the Preconstruction division. As a Technical Coordinator, you will assist the Technical Manager in managing technical functions on a number of complex projects throughout Central London and duties will include:

  • Preparing Method statements
  • Organising site visits
  • Meeting subcontractors
  • Carrying out Powerpoint presentations
  • Undertaking general clerical tasks

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £40,000 – £50,000 per annum however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes private health care, pension and all travel expenses will be covered.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree qualified in a Construction / Engineering field and ideally hold 1 years post graduate experience in a similar role. You will be proficient in using Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel and have excellent planning on organisation skills.
