About the company:

This particular company is a nationwide main contractor and residential developer developing land-led opportunities for both open market and affordable housing.

The development division of this organisation which this role is for was set up in 2014 and has built a strong portfolio of work across the South of England and now are expanding across the country. Their long term strategy is to build upon the nationwide presence of the group, building on the success established from over three decades of working with communities. They have successfully delivered a number of their own standalone schemes and work with Local Authorities and Registered Providers of affordable homes, using join venture agreements to deliver large projects.

Their success to date is underpinned by successful framework and contract wins; along with a healthy pipeline of development schemes, which are being delivered through a combination of our own sales team, and in collaboration with our clients on a joint venture basis.

Their team is expanding to meet the needs of the business and as with all growth; there is great opportunity for new roles and internal promotion and development.


About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a residential developer working on new build developments across the Northern Home Counties and surrounding areas.

You will primarily be responsible for overseeing the production of architectural/working drawings and detailed information and to ensure that it is complete, coherent, accurate and available on time to whomever needs it. The design solutions are to be as practical and economic as possible.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary offered always depends on the level of experience of the candidate and their exposure to the relevant industry sector.  In this instance they are ideally looking to pay up to £55,000 plus a benefits package.


About the requirements:

For this opportunity you will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Coordinator with a minimum of 4 years working in a design / technical based role working on new build developments. You will ideally have experience working for a residential developer or main contractor and be comfortable managing your own projects.
