About the opportunity:

Due to continued company expansion, our client is recruiting permanently for a Sustainability Consultant. Reporting into the Sustainability Manager, you will carry out SAP assessments and energy statements, taking the primary role from enquiry through to completion in addition to helping with code and BREEAM calculations and assessments and further assist in other work areas as required.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Oversee and carry out SAP and energy projects
  • Assist with mentoring assistant consultants
  • Assist with Code, Breeam Domestic Refurbishment & HQM assessments
  • Undertake ESOS assessments and promote this work area further
  • Implement SAP software updates as required

This is a great opportunity for a strong SAP Assessor to join an established by growing sustainability team, with a strong pipeline of work secured for 2023 and beyond.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere between £40,000 – £50,000 per annum however specific remuneration will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered which includes company pension (employer contribution up to 10%), private health care, company car with fully expensed fuel card or car allowance, life insurance and a discretionary annual bonus.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree qualified in a related field (e.g. Environmental sustainability within the built environment), be an accredited on-construction domestic energy assessor (OCDEA), have the ability to write energy statements including under London plan and hold an understanding of planning law and building regulations.

Furthermore, due to locations of work, you must hold a full UK driving license.
