About the Role:

 

My client is seeking a meticulously organized and personable Supply Chan Coordinator to support their Supply Chain Manager in day to day tasks with opportunity for progression within this first class organisations. Based in my client’s London HQ, this role will be a varied and exciting one. The main purpose of this position is to coordinate the development, maintenance and procurement of the supply chain to the benefit of all areas of the business whilst building and growing new and existing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.

 

Day to day tasks will include managing the growth and maintenance of the supply chain database by building relationships with external stakeholders, advising on sales and delivery capabilities of the chain, organising and attending B2B events and working closely with the pre-construction and projects teams to advise on supply chain availability to name just a few.

 

This role is a gateway into a growing and slick construction business who are well known for their ability to develop their staff and progress them up the ranks.

Requirements:

 

Suitable candidates will have a can-do attitude, be able to organize themselves and people around them, have a likeable, personable attitude and be able to deal people thought the supply chain, internally and externally with ease. Experience in the construction industry is essential, with experience in a supply chain coordinator role a huge bonus. This is a career move, so the right person will have a long term mindset with a plan to learn, develop and progress up the ranks.

The salary will be dependent on the individuals’ level of experience and personality fit and is not set in stone. The company offers excellent opportunities and a basic salary starting from £30,000 depending on the individuals’ level – plus a generous benefits package including healthcare and company bonus.
