About the company

My client is a multi-disciplined, cash-rich, well-known sub-contractor who is currently turning over £70M per annum. They specialise primarily within the water (wastewater and clean water) and infrastructure areas of civil engineering, with offices in North London, Kent, and on the south coast (this role will be site based across London/South East).

This position has come about due to continued and strategic ongoing growth but while the business is looking to expand, they are also keen to maintain their family feel atmosphere, where it’s a fun working environment and everyone, is treated as a name, not a number, with the respect from the directors across the company.

About the role

Due to the company continuing to grow and win more projects within London they are now looking for a Sub Agent to join their team. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to produce, manage and drive Quality on each project as well as the ability and confidence to raise, discuss and resolve engineering issues on site, and with design engineers. The projects that you will be involved in will be Thames waterworks but infrastructure-based projects, involving deep drainage and concrete works. This opportunity has superb potential to help the correct professional to improve as an engineer and enhance their long-term career.
