Our client is looking to recruit a Site Foreman / Supervisor to oversee interior and exterior restoration projects on grade I & II listed buildings within London.

About the Company

Our client is a well-respected specialist with 20 years of experience in the field of façade repair and restoration market across London and the surrounding areas. They act as principle contractor, with projects ranging across the from High Specification Residential, Government, Private, Public and Leisure sectors. The have worked on many prestigious projects including numerous London Theatres, Historic Markets, Historic Public Houses, and London Estates. Most of their work comes from repeat business and prestigious client referrals with whom they have built close relationships.

About the Role: Our client is looking to recruit a Site Foreman / Supervisor with experience in the restoration sector due to natural growth and on-going expansion. The individual will be responsible for managing projects across the city of London.

You duties will include:

  • Carry out such duties as instructed by the Project/Contracts Manager
  • Co-ordination of direct and sub-contract and trade labour
  • Ensuring overall site quality control
  • Ensure projects meet programme requirements
  • Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability.
  • Health and Safety compliance
  • Conduct Site Inductions and Tool Box Talks
  • Maintain and update site records
  • Maintain and update Health & Safety File and ensure that all necessary measures are in place

About the benefits / rewards: The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of up to £50,000

Requirements: Candidates will have excellent restoration and refurbishment knowledge and experience and will have ideally progressed from a hands on role within this sector. You will have at least five years’ experience working with a similar contractor.
