About the Opportunity

I’ve been approached by one of my Façade Specialists to recruit a Site Supervisor/Manager for a large re-cladding project in Wandsworth. You will be site based on this project, surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver packages on time and within budget. Within this role, you will be client facing, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the projects are delivered successfully. Do you want peace of mind that comes with continuous work? About the Employer

Our client boasts a wealth of experience in fire compliance, which is back by the Professional Indemnity Insurance. They complete re-clad projects as a main contractor and directly employ specialist teams of operatives who are supervised by Project Managers.Taking on projects from design through to completion has enabled them to develop strong relationships within the industry.

Requirements

To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival facade subcontractor in the UK. You must have the appropriate SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications and a minimum of 2 years management experience. In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have façade experience including Cladding or Re-Clad projects. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality. The successful applicant will show proven experience managing direct and subcontract labour and have the ability to understand drawings.

Salary/ Benefits

Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £40K to £50K. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package.
