Our client is a privately owned, award winning contractor who has over 20 years proven experience in providing specialist advice and undertaking quality site investigations and remediation projects. Operating across the UK with their head office just outside Central London, our client provides services including remediation, site investigation and risk assessment to various petrochemical companies, retailers, government departments, and land and property owners.

About the opportunity:

Due to on-going, successful growth and expansion and a healthy pipeline of work, our client is recruiting permanently for a strong Remediation Site Manager to initially join a remediation project in Tower Hamlets.

As a Remediation Site Manager, you will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for leading the successful contract delivery on behalf of the company by ensuring that the site team is fully apprised of the contract parameters and have the capability and resources necessary to achieve contract objectives. 

You will be required to develop positive relationships with all parties associated with the contract and to ensure that the site activities are carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, however specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential that professionals have a minimum of 5 years relevant site management experience within the remediation sector and this must have been gained whilst working for a specialist remediation contractor in the UK.

As this is a permanent opportunity, my client is looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each appointment for a minimum of 2 years.

Furthermore, it is imperative that you hold an SSSTS/SMSTS, the 4 day first aid certificate and a CSCS competency card.
