About the opportunity:

Due to on-going growth and expansion, our client is recruiting for a strong Remediation Site Manager to join the contaminated land management team on a permanent basis. As a Site Manager, you will report to the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for leading the successful contract delivery on behalf of the company by ensuring that the site team is fully apprised of the contract parameters and have the capability and resources necessary to achieve contract objectives. You will be required to develop positive relationships with all parties associated with the contract and to ensure that the site activities are carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

Initial projects are in The Midlands, Swindon, Reading and Bristol.

About the requirements:

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential that professionals have a minimum of 5 years relevant site management experience within the remediation sector and this must have been gained whilst working for a contractor in the UK.

As this is a permanent position, we are looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each appointment for a minimum of 2 years. Furthermore, it is imperative that you hold an SSSTS/SMSTS, the 4 day first aid certificate and a CSCS competency card

About the benefits and rewards:

For this permanent position, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, however specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer which will include a fully expensed vehicle in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
