Our privately-owned client is a leading name in the Piling industry. Their reputation  is excellent after 35 years of strong business operating successfully in Central London and the Home Counties. Their core expertise includes Sheet Piling, CFA Piling, Open Bore Piling and mini piling.

The turnover of the company Is £20m which has been achieved by being market leaders in the industry with new technology and completing projects within budgets and set time parameters. They have recently completed a £7M project and have a healthy pipeline of projects.

About the role:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, our client is looking to recruit a Piling Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies’ Piling management team and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

To be considered for this position, individuals must have the following: SMSTS, First Aid Certificate, CSCS. Proven success of running large complex piling projects.

In addition to the above, it is essential that individuals have a strong background in piling and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a subcontractor in the UK.

Additionally, as this is a permanent position, I am looking for an individual who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career. In addition to holding a full UK driving license due to the remit of work.

About the benefits & rewards:

For this permanent position, I am looking to speak to individuals who are targeting anywhere from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer (either a fully expensed company van or travel allowance) in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
